2023 Carnival Sponsorships

On October 8, 2023, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., UCLA Lab School (“Lab School”) will be hosting its longstanding, annual Carnival for the entire Lab School community. Proceeds of this event will benefit the Family School Alliance (FSA), the school’s parent/caregiver organization that contributes by supporting and organizing essential community-building programming and initiatives at Lab School. We invite you to donate to this event and hope you will consider committing to one of the sponsorship opportunities below. (Please note that donations to the FSA are separate from donations to the school. We ask all families to make a contribution to the UCLA Lab School Annual Fund each year.)
This year’s Carnival is expected to draw nearly 1000 attendees! The Carnival will include a rock-climbing wall, bounce houses, a reptile show, face painting, a magic show, a 360-degree photo booth, popcorn, cotton candy, snow cones, and more!
We also welcome anonymous donations. We ask that all sponsorships be submitted no later than September 8, 2023 Please email logos and any questions to labschoolcarnival@gmail.com.
Contributions can be sent via Zelle to fsatreasurer@labschool.ucla.
Contribution checks should be made payable to “Family School Alliance.” Please indicate “2023 Carnival” in the check memo/notes. Upon receipt of your contribution, you will be emailed or mailed a tax receipt. We are grateful for your support!

Option 1 - Business Logo on Carnival Entrance Step and Repeat Banner ($1000) At the entrance to the Carnival, your business’ logo will be displayed alongside other sponsors on a 10 x 8 step and repeat banner that is adjacent to a large balloon arch. Your contribution will bring your brand visibility among leading businesspeople, influencers, and philanthropists who are part of Lab’s diverse community. |

Option 2 - Sponsor a Carnival Ride or Booth ($500) Your contribution will offset the costs involved with planning this spectacular event. Only business logos will be displayed at booths and rides. |

Option 3 - Host a Vendor Promo/Sales Table ($500) Give away your company's promotional products or sell your company's products at the Carnival at a table in a designated vendor sponsor area. Vendor to provide table and any setup items. |
