2022 Thanksgiving Donation Drive

This year we will be raising funds to purchase grocery gift cards for the families of Magnolia Avenue School! We have a long tradition of aiding this school every year through our food drive. Magnolia Avenue School is a Title 1 school in the Pico/Union area. Their families are in great need, as 99.61% of their families are at or below poverty level. 

We think of Thanksgiving as the time to give thanks. We stop and show appreciation, express gratitude for all that we have in our lives. And that’s important.

But perhaps the equation is supposed to be exactly as stated:

Thanks ⇒ giving

Instead of giving thanks as the end result, it’s the beginning!  Give as a result of our thanks. Thank you for supporting Magnolia Avenue School!
